Refund policy

Thenusricollection is committed to providing our customers with satisfactory service. We do not accept returns or refunds for our products except in the following cases:

Major Damage with usability issue/Wrong item sent

If you receive a product with major damage affecting its usability or if you receive the wrong item compared to your order, you may request for exchange or refund based on same product availability.

Return Procedure

1. To initiate a return, you must raise a query through our WhatsApp Number 9600792369 within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. You must provide an unboxing video from sealed parcel in 360 Degrees without any cut or pause along with your order id and contact number. Return requests without an unboxing video strictly will not be accepted.
3. Tracking and shipment-based complaints raised after 30 days from the date of product dispatch will not be considered.
4. Once the order is placed, can not be cancelled.

Color Disclaimer

Please note that colours seen on a monitor may differ slightly from the actual colours of the products. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s display.

Responsibilities

• If the original product is unavailable, we may offer a similar alternative product of the same price or less. If you choose a more expensive product during the exchange, additional payment must be cleared with Thenusricollection beforehand.
• Thenusricollection reserves the right to assess each case separately and take necessary action at its discretion.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, customer needs to courier back the product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items sent by us. This all the process should go through our WhatsApp number.

Return Shipment

Please securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided by our team and use India post courier service only for shipment. a courier charge of maximum Rs.100 will be paid to the customer.

Processing

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return/exchange criteria.

Refund/Exchange

If your return is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you once the return is processed within 5 business days. If the product was not available will initiate refund in 2 working days.

Important Notes

We reserve the right to deny return or exchange requests that do not comply with our return policy.

You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

We appreciate your understanding!

We understand that in some cases, you may not like the product you have received or feel that the product is different from what was shown. There might be several reasons for that.
However, we have a strict ‘NO RETURN’ policy in such cases. Thread pulls or very minor misprints (For Dyable sarees) will not be considered as damage.

We hope that people who buy products with beads and sequences understand that it has the tendency to come off. Even with good handling and shipping, this cannot be avoided, and no returns can be accepted in such cases.
